INFORMATION ON EXPLORE

The term “GeoPost SA” or “GeoPost Group” refers to the owner of the website.

The term “User(s)” refers to the authorized standard viewer of the website. Some of the users have specific rights on the platform, such as “Administrators” (all rights) or “Content Managers” (reading and editing rights).

“EXPLORE “ is a market intelligence platform, managed by GeoPost SA and hosted externally by the supplier Open Wide (France). So, an authentication process is required to connect the platform. EXPLORE contains three kinds of data, more and less sensitive:

News: short stories about the competition and the CEP market, based on press releases Analysis: working document produced internally, such as market shares, competitor review, benchmarks, studies Black Box: product portfolio of GeoPost Group with detailed information about Business Units’ offering In addition, Users can access their own “Personal Toolbox” to change their settings (password, personal data and email alert profile).

Users can put information online, either by suggesting news or other analysis information, or by adding comments on the platform. Except comments, all the information is checked by the Administrators or the Content Managers.

Apart from the administration section (in particular Users registration), Administrators access to a statistics module to monitor the activity of the platform.

PURPOSE

The objective of this agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the Users can access and search EXPLORE, or interact with the platform through functionalities such as print, send to a colleague, add a comment or new information.

Any User who is connecting EXPLORE agrees the following Terms and Conditions:

REGISTRATION

The access to EXPLORE requires registration. Each User has to register and to provide some information. When doing this, the users agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about themselves. They have to maintain and promptly update this information so that it continues to be true, accurate and complete.

SECURITY INFORMATION

Each User is responsible for his/her personal data. Users are not allowed to communicate their access codes to another person. They are responsible for protecting their access details, in particular by modifying their password on a regular basis.

Administrators are the only ones being authorized to create new accounts or to delete existing accounts.

Content Managers are locally representing Administrators. They shall inform Administrators when registered Users have left their respective entity so that Administrators can delete the corresponding accounts. Administrators shall communicate to Content Managers the list of registered Users for their respective entity, on a regular basis.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

EXPLORE is for general information and for internal and non-commercial use only.

User is allowed to use the website for his/her own purposes and to print, download or send out material from this website provided that User does not modify any content without GeoPost SA’s consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without GeoPost SA’s permission.

EXPLORE contains material which is owned by or licensed to GeoPost SA. This material includes, but is not limited to, the data, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited without GeoPost SA’s consent.

Users, Content Managers and Administrators are able to contribute, add content, and upload files or post comments with direct online publishing. They are responsible for their content.

Contributors are not allowed to publish material :

  • For which they have not obtain all necessary consents,
  • That is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability,
  • Which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.

Any material sent or posted to EXPLORE shall be considered non-proprietaryContributors undertake to use the platform in accordance with French law "Informatique et Libertés" n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, about personal data;

Users agree to inform GeoPost SA if they have knowledge of some fact which is opposite to the provisions above;

The use of the platform should not harm the image and the interests of GeoPost SA.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

GeoPost SA does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and material found or offered on EXPLORE for any particular purpose. Users acknowledge that such information and material may contain inaccuracies or errors and GeoPost SA expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors.

The use of any information or material on EXPLORE is entirely at Users’ own risk, for which GeoPost SA shall not be liable.

GeoPost SA is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to the Users and their use of the website. This exclusion of liability shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss.

EXPLORE may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond GeoPost’s control. If possible, GeoPot SA will try to give Users advanced warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The materials provided on EXPLORE are potentially sensitive and are of a highly confidential nature.

Users must not at any time make any of the materials available to anyone else without specific authorisation. Users must also take all reasonable care to prevent others from gaining unauthorised access. This includes not leaving their screen unattended while it is displaying confidential information and always logging out from this secure section when away from their computer.

LINKS POLICY

From time to time, EXPLORE may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to give further information. They do not signify that GeoPost SA endorses or takes any responsibility for the the content of those sites.

However, the Users must not provide links to other sites in any postings they make to this site as this may pose a risk to the security of this site.

Due to the confidential nature of the materials provided and the need to maintain a secure environment GeoPost SA does not permit other sites to link to this platform.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of EXPLORE, such as in particular, and without limitation, information, documentation, audio recordings, photographs, drawings, plans, trademarks, software, logos, and more generally any item appearing on EXPLORE, are protected by the intellectual property rights.

The content of EXPLORE cannot be reproduced, distributed or published by anyone for any purpose without GeoPost SA prior written consent.

PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the French law “Informatique et Libertés” n° 78-17 of January 6, 19781 , the personal data are treated under the responsibility of GeoPost SA.

The personal data may be used for the purposes of operations management. The persons involved with these data agree that they are operated and/or communicated.

These persons can obtain disclosure of such data with GeoPost SA - Marketing Department - 9, rue Maurice Mallet, 91230 Issy les Moulineaux, and require some corrections, if necessary.

COOKIES

GeoPost SA reserves the right to use cookies to facilitate navigation on EXPLORE. If Users wish, they can reject cookies by changing the settings on their browser in most cases in the "Preferences" of it.

AMENDMENT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GeoPost SA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice to the Users. Any such amendment will be effective once the revised Terms and Conditions have been posted on EXPLORE.

GOVERNING LAW

The Terms and Conditions and all rights and obligations arising in the notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law.
